A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is passed to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message, which is used to respond.

Links may lead to Middlesex County and New Jersey portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. The privacy rules of those destinations govern information submitted there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a third party.

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be deleted.

Because this service keeps very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing information found there. Requests for those records belong with the custodian under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., subject to its exemptions and other applicable law.
